About The Role

We're looking for an Operations and HR Manager to join our team with availability from 9am-5pm EST. You will mainly be responsible for supporting the implementation of established processes within the teams, as well as providing assistance with onboarding, offboarding, and supporting both clients and employees.

What We're Looking For

  • Must be a native English speaker able to work during US EST hours
  • Experience with project management tool ClickUp is highly preferred
  • Experience in digital marketing, email marketing or eCommerce.
  • Onboarding, offboarding, and providing exceptional experiences for both our clients and employees.
  • Ownership of key workflows within our operations and HR departments, as well as various internal tasks and workflows to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Payroll Deployment & Execution: Responsible for successfully managing payroll processes, systems, monitoring and tasks.
  • Employee Onboarding & Separation: Oversee the efficient and effective onboarding and separation processes for employees, ensuring a smooth transition throughout their employment lifecycle.
  • Client Onboarding & Separation: Oversee the efficient and effective onboarding and separation processes for clients, ensuring a smooth transition throughout their client lifecycle.
  • Aspirational Workflows & System Updates: Design and implement innovative workflows and system updates to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Misc Tasks & Workflows: Handle miscellaneous tasks and workflows to support the smooth functioning of daily operations and improve overall efficiency.

Must-haves Skills And Experience

  • 3+ years as an Operations and HR Manager
  • Someone with experience on exceptional design standards, particularly in copywriting quality control. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence are essential for this role.
  • Experience in an email marketing agency is a big plus.
  • Comfortable with Google Apps (Gmail, Drive, Calendar etc.)
  • Experience with Slack for effective team communication.
  • Detail oriented - There are many moving parts to everything we do, and we need you to have attention to detail.
  • Adaptability & Innovation - Comfort with change and the ability to think outside the box, innovate, and refine systems for better efficiency and results.
  • Ambitious self-starter - We’ll provide you with the training you’ll need, but it’s important to be an autonomous problem solver too. Be curious and hungry to learn. Have grit.
  • Great communicator- As a remote team, we rely on clear communication to stay on track and do our best work.
