About The Role
We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in a full-time capacity at one of our key locations, including Huntsville, AL; Shalimar, FL; Melbourne, FL; or Washington, D.C. This role is designed to provide essential administrative and operational support across various HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance. The HR Coordinator will report directly to the HR Operations Manager and play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR processes, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication within the organization.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with the possibility of remote consideration, and involves supporting day-to-day HR projects, employee inquiries, and collaboration with HR Business Partners. It provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth in human resources, offering exposure to a broad range of HR functions in a supportive environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and service excellence.
