WS Development is seeking a Retail Property Manager who will be responsible for managing multiple retail sites in the Seaport of Boston.The retail portfolio is located within shared towers throughout the Seaport footprint and includes eleven separate buildings comprised of 115+ retailers (approximately 650,000 SF of retail throughout the district).The retail footprint will continue to grow over the next few years.

.This position will be based in the company’s Boston Seaport office.This individual will be responsible for the leasing, curation, vendor management, and financial oversight of both markets, ensuring they are vibrant, diverse, and engaging for the community.
A successful Associate will support the various activities described below, helping to identify needs, define strategy, create implementation plans, and assist in the execution of those plans.A successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, bring analytical rigor to decision-making, communicate effectively across the organization and with senior leadership, and understand how to achieve organizational buy-in and drive change.
