Hybrid Schedule: 2-days onsite per week

General Summary:
The Vice President of Business Development at Finova Capital, a FairSquare brand, is responsible for acquiring and onboarding a pipeline of strategic partners - merchant acquirers and ISOs – with a portfolio of small business merchants needing access to working capital and sales-based financing (SBF) products. The role will work collaboratively with the President and the FairSquare organization to drive aggressive market expansion for our Working Capital (WC) and Sales-Based Financing (SBF) products. This role is laser-focused on strategic growth, relationship acquisition, and revenue generation in both established and emerging markets. The VP will be the chief architect of Finova’s SBF/WC market strategy—building high-value partnerships, developing new referral channels, and closing complex, high-margin transactions. The role makes deals through deep product expertise, an established network, and a relentless drive for market share growth.
