Note that this is a primarily office-based role (~4 days per week).
We are hiring a London-based Senior Product Manager to build new digital experiences across Zero100’s suite of products. In this role you will deliver features to improve our website and mobile applications, in addition to inventing new ways to digitize our service offerings to make them more intuitive, accessible, and impactful. You will work closely with our Research, Engineering, and Creative teams to develop immersive, innovative solutions and interfaces that consistently exceed our customers' expectations. You will be responsible for managing our tech vendors, product roadmap, feature backlog, product vision, and inspection mechanisms to stay on the forefront of content delivery and consumption.
We’re looking for an individual who has deep experience in product from both a functionality and technical perspective, and who can effectively communicate with developers on architecture decisions. You’re a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills who can deliver autonomously, dive into the details to solve a problem, and work effectively across a matrixed, geographically disbursed team of stakeholders. You should be comfortable learning on the job and using data to guide your thinking as you dig into new and uncharted problem spaces.
