Your role in the team
The Product Manager Senior Expert is responsible for defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of two or more products in Allstate's growing product portfolio. Product Manager Senior Expert manages strategic product vision, product discovery and roadmaps to maximize the customer and enterprise value provided by their product. Product Manager Senior Expert also collaborates with a Product Marketing Manager to plan and execute an integrated marketing plan to support market awareness and adoption for their product, as applicable.Key responsibilities
Drives the collaboration in creating large complexity products and their features through advocating for great omni-channel experiences
Focuses on leveraging an iterative test and learn approach for user insights, design, and development.
Partners closely across business teams representing user and company needs, presenting to internal stakeholders as the product expert
Leads and facilitates direction and collaboration with leadership and internal stakeholders to determine product priorities
Partners closely with engineering, user experience, customer experience strategy, and design to ensure quality and consistency of experiences
Identifies opportunities that arise from new technologies
Partners regularly with executive stakeholders
Presents to executive leadership
Drives multiple teams to overall product vision, strategy, development and execution, including product definition and initiative/roadmap development.
Essential Skills

A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Digital Product Manager or relevant Digital Product Manager experience.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience coaching and mentoring teams
Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tooling
Experience developing and delivering product value via an enterprise-level XP framework.
Currently Bronze OBD Certified
Ability to balance technical depth with business acumen.
Experience translating complex concepts into clear user stories.
Desirable Skills
Prior experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure and/or GCP)
Silver OBD Certified
Experience identifying emerging trends in AI/ML technologies driving strategic innovation
