Role Description

Neeve is seeking a driven experienced Product Designer to join our hybrid team in New York City. The Product Designer will contribute to design work across the full suite of Neeve products. This role will require the individual to fully understand our customer experience and needs, and translate that into the design of a value oriented experience. The Product Designer will take designs through the entire lifecycle from concept through IA to final UI designs, including supporting and validating the designs through the engineering process. Work will also include contributing to the company’s digital design system.


As a core member of the team the Product Designer will be expected to collaborate with other designers and provide constructive feedback, as well as help expand the product design and user research practice


Essential Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of assigned features and consistently iterate to enhance user experiences for our customers.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, stakeholders, and engineers to design, refine, and deliver user-centric solutions.
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Create high-quality, accessible UX/UI artifacts including wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and detailed documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as product management, customer support, and engineering to support successful product launches.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to validate design solutions and iterate accordingly.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to other design team members.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in product design.


Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of applied experience as a product or UX/UI designer
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design/HCI/UI/UX or comparable field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience delivering high quality digital product on desktop, web, and mobile platforms
  • Expert command of industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe CC, etc.)
  • Understanding of user research and testing approaches and methodologies
  • Understanding of AI rapid prototyping tools
  • Understanding of component-based design systems
  • Understanding of development processes and front-end technologies (React, Angular, etc.)
  • Experience in property technology, networking or cybersecurity sectors is a plus

Compensation

  • $109,000–170,000 based on experience
