Accountabilities
As a Product Designer II, you will:

Take ownership of project strategy by framing design problems, making trade-offs, and ensuring solutions meet business and user objectives

Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and enhance user experience

Assist in translating product vision into actionable concepts, prototypes, and design solutions
-
Experiment with visual design variations, iterate based on feedback, and contribute to the evolution of design systems

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to validate ideas and align on design solutions

Ensure high-quality, consistent, and user-centered designs that drive measurable business impact
Requirements
Candidates should have:

3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field
-
Strong portfolio demonstrating product strategy, user research, and visual design expertise

Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools

Experience conducting user research and applying insights to design solutions
-
Understanding of design systems and ability to create scalable, consistent UI components
-
Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale effectively

Experience working in agile, cross-functional team environments
Bonus skills:

Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions

Knowledge of accessibility best practices

Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers
