National Account Executive – Enterprise Hunter

Location: Vero Beach, FL or Remote, U.S.

SecureON is a fast-growing provider of camera systems and loss prevention solutions. We partner with leading brands to help reduce shrink, protect assets, and improve operations. Our clients span industries including QSR, big box retail, convenience stores, banking, cannabis, storage facilities, and property management.

We are seeking a proven enterprise hunter with documented success in the QSR and big box retail space . This role is built for a high-performing sales professional who thrives on opening doors, building executive relationships, and closing net-new enterprise deals. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise and industry network to drive SecureON’s growth in these critical verticals, while also pursuing opportunities across adjacent markets.

This is a high-impact position with unlimited growth potential for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial seller who wants to make their mark with a scaling company.

What You’ll Do

  • Hunt Enterprise Accounts: Aggressively pursue new business in QSR and big box retail, leveraging existing relationships and developing new executive-level contacts.
  • Expand Verticals: Drive opportunities across additional industries including c-store, banking, cannabis, storage facilities, and property management.
  • Solution-Based Selling: Conduct discovery, site visits, and needs assessments to design tailored solutions using SecureON’s camera systems and loss prevention offerings.
  • Own the Sales Cycle: Lead opportunities from prospecting to close, managing negotiations, contracts, and seamless handoff to delivery teams.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Position SecureON as a strategic partner by providing insights on security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Build the Pipeline: Execute a disciplined prospecting strategy, including:
  • Knocking on doors and making cold calls
  • Attending networking events and trade shows
  • Finding and developing partner channels
  • Building strong relationships with referral sources
  • Tell the SecureON Story: Deliver compelling presentations and ROI-driven business cases to senior decision-makers.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work cross-functionally with marketing, leadership, and customer success to maximize customer impact.
  • Track & Forecast: Use CRM tools to maintain an accurate pipeline and report on sales activity.
  • Travel: Approximately 30% travel to meet clients, partners, and attend events.

What We’re Looking For

  • Enterprise Hunter: Minimum 5 years’ experience selling into QSR and/or big box retail enterprises, with a documented record of success .
  • Industry Network: Existing executive relationships within QSR and retail are strongly preferred.
  • Security Expertise: Background selling video surveillance, loss prevention solutions, access control, or related security technologies.
  • Proven Closer: Consistent track record of exceeding quotas and landing multi-location deals.
  • Executive Presence: Skilled at engaging C-suite and senior decision-makers at enterprise organizations.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: Thrives in a growth-stage environment with the discipline to self-manage and the grit to win new business.
  • Team Player: Collaborative but independent; capable of driving results individually while supporting collective success.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and storytelling abilities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and modern sales tools.
