A global leader in high-precision navigation and positioning solutions, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in the United States . This is a remote position, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in the surveying and mapping industry, with deep local market knowledge and established client relationships.


As an Account Manager , you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key client accounts, and expanding the Navigation’s presence in the U.S. surveying and mapping market. You will work closely with our product, technical, and marketing teams to ensure customer success and long-term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the surveying and mapping industry, including government agencies, engineering firms, and private sector clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions using Navigation’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, R&D, and technical support) to ensure customer requirements are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Provide market feedback to the company to help improve products and services.
  • Represent Navigation at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the surveying and mapping industry , with a proven track record in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of surveying and mapping technologies , including but not limited to GPS/GNSS, LiDAR, drones, and geospatial data solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client accounts, with a focus on long-term relationship building.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to actively engage in the U.S. market and leverage local resources.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with government agencies , engineering firms , or environmental organizations .
  • Familiarity with high-precision positioning systems and geospatial technologies .
  • Knowledge of the U.S. surveying and mapping regulatory environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
