Job Description

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their careers in the events industry. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our event planning and execution process. You will work closely with senior event managers and a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure that each event runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events including conferences, corporate meetings, and social gatherings.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation arrangements.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure all event needs are met.
• Help create event materials such as invitations, programs, and signage.
• Attend events and provide on-site support to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Assist in maintaining budgets and tracking expenses related to events and activities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events..
