About The Role

We're looking for an Copywriter to join our team with availability from 9am-5pm EST. You will mainly be responsible for writing high quality email campaigns, email flow, landing page and popup copy for our clients. You will be working day-to-day in one of our squads and interacting with various members of our fulfillment team (e.g. project managers, designers and developers etc.) to ensure high quality copy gets deployed for our clients.

You will need to be able to adapt and calibrate your copy to various clients. Our clients work in all types of industries, so being able to calibrate to each client is key. You will also need to be able to join our daily standup calls and weekly squad tactical calls to ensure alignment across the team.

What We're Looking For

• Must be a native English speaker located in North America, UK or Canada.
• Experience with project management tool ClickUp is highly preferred
• Experience in digital marketing, email marketing or eCommerce.
• Detail oriented - There are many moving parts to everything we do, and we need you to have attention to detail.
• Commitment to Excellence - A passion for maintaining high standards in copywriting and overall quality, with a strong attention to detail.
• Adaptability & Innovation - Comfort with change and the ability to think outside the box, innovate, and refine systems for better efficiency and results.
• Ambitious self-starter- We’ll provide you with the training you’ll need, but it’s important to be an autonomous problem solver too. Be curious and hungry to learn. Have grit.
• Great communicator- As a remote team, we rely on clear communication to stay on track and do our best work.
• Great at time management - You’ll need a well-balanced sense of urgency. We base our success on providing results fast for our clients, so we need you to be able to keep up with the pace.
  
  

Must-haves Skills And Experience

• 3+ years as an copywriter with a wide portfolio
• Someone with experience on exceptional design standards, particularly in copywriting quality control. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence are essential for this role.
• Experience in an email marketing agency is a big plus.
• Comfortable with Google Apps (Gmail, Drive, Calendar etc.)
• Experience with Slack for effective team communication.
