Job Description

As an AI & Analytics Program Manager Intern at Lennox, you will be a part of a team of innovative and knowledgeable industry professionals. You can expect to participate in impactful, developmental projects designed for your specific area of focus. This is approximately a 10 to 12-week program that will provide you with real work experiences to grow your career and provide exposure to business leaders throughout the company.

Successful interns will have the potential opportunity of joining Lennox Full-Time upon graduation. Relocation and/or travel may be required for your position.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Support the development of Analytics and AI-driven solutions that enhance diagnostics and decision-making across engineering and business workflows.
  • Collaborate and define impact value on all the AI and Analytics Initiatives
  • Analyze structured and unstructured enterprise data to extract insights and create business usecase and solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, data, and business teams to deliver impactful analytics programs.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Required Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Masters degree in a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong business background to understand business structure and operations
  • Knowledge of principle concepts for the role
  • Skilled in managing cross-functional teams using data tools such as Python, SQL, and Pandas and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS

Qualifications

Requires current enrollment in a Masters program.Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Benefits

WHAT WE OFFER:

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $22.50-$25.00/hour. This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
