Your Mission

Reporting to the VP, Legal Affairs you will manage and oversee a variety of contract types including master service agreements, business associate agreements, and material transfer agreements, primarily focused on healthcare and life sciences. You will play a key role in reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations to support our commercial and research collaborations in the North America region.

The value you add

  • Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of various contract types including MSAs, BAAs, MTAs, and research collaboration agreements, ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, legal, and compliance teams to support contract negotiations and approvals, providing frontline review and handling routine amendments to accelerate deal closures.
  • Monitor contract performance metrics and maintain organized contract databases to ensure timely execution and renewal, facilitating clear communication of contract status to stakeholders.
  • Use your knowledge of commercial law to provide drafting, negotiation and business counsel to support key commercial transactions, drive projects to completiont and help mitigate legal or business risk
  • Where suitable, add knoweldge of healthcare law, technology IP or Data protection to further support or enhance legal processes
