Accountabilities
As an e-Commerce Tech Lead, you will:

Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations, providing updates, and conducting solution walkthroughs and demos

Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks and ensure their feasibility within project timelines

Coordinate and mentor offshore development teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and smooth delivery of milestones
-
Lead Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, task allocation, and risk management
-
Provide hands-on technical support, particularly in JavaScript/TypeScript stacks, including Node.js, Vue.js, or related frameworks

Review code, assist in troubleshooting, and guide technical decision-making to align with client objectives
Requirements
Candidates should have:

10+ years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
-
At least 3 end-to-end eCommerce projects experience, covering Order Management, Supplier Management (Drop shipping), and PIM/DAM modules
-
Strong client-facing experience with a proven ability to manage and communicate directly with customers

Experience coordinating onsite-offshore or distributed teams

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint management, and requirement gathering

Ability to write clear and actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Demonstrated leadership and team motivation skills, translating business needs into development tasks

Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Bonus: experience with headless commerce frameworks (Medusa.js, Alokai/Vue Storefront), CI/CD, testing, or DevOps
