We are Allwyn UK, part of the Allwyn Entertainment Group – a multi-national lottery operator with a market-leading presence in Austria, the Czech Republic, Greece, Cyprus and Italy. We have been officially awarded the Fourth Licence (10 year licence) to operate the National Lottery starting February 2024.

This role will be based around Southampton and surrounding areas where you'll work from home and be required to travel from that base to visit our winners.
The Winner Experience Team sits within The National Lottery Business Operations Team and is responsible for delivering best-in-class customer experience and supporting lottery winners who have won £50k or more.
Often described as ‘the best job at Allwyn’, our amazing reason for being is to celebrate wins with our lottery winners and support them every step of the way.
