Job Overview
Kevlind Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Vice President / Project Manager to lead specialized medical and dental construction projects. This role will oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The right candidate will bring strong leadership, proven project management expertise, and the ability to navigate the complex requirements of healthcare facility construction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of medical and dental construction projects.

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project goals are met.

Manage day-to-day construction activities, proactively identifying and resolving issues.

Oversee project financials, including cost tracking, change orders, and billing.

Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety, quality, and progress.

Facilitate client meetings and provide clear, consistent updates on project status.

Manage project closeout, including final inspections, punch lists, and turnover.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of commercial construction project management (healthcare experience preferred).

Proven success managing projects ranging from $1M-$10M+.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control.

Familiarity with healthcare-specific requirements, including specialized equipment, MEP coordination, and infection control standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar).
