Accountabilities

Set and evangelize a content strategy that aligns with client outcomes and business growth

Oversee editorial, content marketing, and SEO teams to ensure high-quality, engaging content production

Integrate content initiatives across creative, strategy, analytics, social, and brand marketing teams

Develop performance-based frameworks for evergreen, episodic, campaign-related, and modular content

Establish editorial standards that drive relevance, trust, and authority, incorporating AI tools strategically

Position content as a growth driver for clients, guiding thought leadership programs and workshops

Mentor, coach, and develop content teams, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and excellence

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; Master's preferred

10+ years of experience in editorial leadership and content marketing with a proven business impact

Experience in Public Relations, Marketing, or Communications agencies, managing client-facing campaigns

Demonstrated ability to grow revenue through strategic content initiatives and lead teams of 5+ professionals

Strong understanding of editorial processes, content marketing, SEO/LLM-SEO, analytics, and AI-driven tools

Exceptional leadership, communication, and client engagement skills
