Job Description
Position Summary
The Vice President of People Experience & Operations is a forward-thinking, tech-savvy executive who leads the global strategy for HR service delivery and operations. This role partners with HR leadership, IT, and cross-functional teams to design scalable, cost-effective, and innovative solutions that fuel enterprise growth and elevate the employee experience.
With a strong background in managing global, distributed teams, this leader fosters a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. They bring a diagnostic mindset, deep systems expertise, and a passion for leveraging AI and automation to modernize HR capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

Define and execute a multi-year strategy for HR operations aligned with business growth and digital transformation.

Lead global teams with a focus on empowerment, agility, and performance.

Collaborate with IT and business leaders to drive automation and technology enablement across HR platforms.

Champion a seamless employee experience through integrated service delivery.

Architect scalable operational models to support rapid expansion and evolving business needs.
Operational Excellence

Oversee global HR operations and shared services, including self-service and manager enablement.

Drive process design, implementation, and governance across HR functions.

Lead HR systems strategy and technology roadmap, ensuring optimization of platforms (e.g., Workday, talent management, learning, compensation). Manage vendor relationships to enhance service delivery and innovation.

Apply a diagnostic approach to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions.

Lead key subfunctions: HR Analytics, Systems, Global Mobility and Compliance.

Guide organization design and change management initiatives to support transformation.

Develop COE talent pipelines and define career paths and professional standards.

Establish KPIs and service level standards to measure effectiveness, quality, and employee satisfaction.
Analytics & Workforce Insights

Lead enterprise-wide people analytics and workforce productivity strategy.

Develop dashboards, predictive models, and insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Partner with stakeholders to translate workforce data into actionable business strategies.
Risk, Compliance & Governance

Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and internal policies worldwide.

Oversee audit readiness, risk mitigation, and data security related to HR processes.

Anticipate emerging risks and proactively adapt policies and practices.
Enterprise Impact

Influence cross-functional stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment.

Lead HR integration for M&A, divestitures, and joint ventures.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory standards in partnership with Legal and Risk.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 15+ years experience in Human Resources with at least 8 years of people leadership experience.
