THE BIG PICTURE
We are looking for a User Migration Lead to drive the transition of users from our current data analytics platform (GRADE) to a new, future-state data platform. This is a strategic role requiring strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills, ideally with experience in banking or financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration of users from the existing data analytics platform (GRADE) to the new data platform
- Develop and execute a comprehensive user migration strategy
- Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption
- Document and manage risk logs, track progress, and report on migration status
- Ensure alignment with Target Operating Model implementation
- Support change management activities and stakeholder engagement
- Maintain high-quality documentation and presentations for internal and external audiences
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT applications management or project/change management in Finance
- Proven experience in leading user migrations or platform transitions
- Good understanding of data analytics platforms or similar banking applications
- Familiarity with data governance principles
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage individuals effectively
