This role provides an opportunity to shape the user experience of a leading software product used by insurance agencies across multiple countries. The UX Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, defining requirements, creating prototypes, and guiding the design of intuitive, user-centered solutions. You will collaborate closely with product and development teams, helping translate insights into meaningful product experiences that improve engagement and usability. Accountabilities
As a UX Designer, you will:

Conduct primary user research and analyze user needs to inform design decisions

Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to explore and communicate design solutions

Recommend interaction designs and UX best practices to validate and iterate efficiently

Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure design consistency and usability

Use storytelling to clearly communicate the rationale behind design decisions

Measure and report on user engagement and product usage to evaluate design impact
Requirements
Candidates should possess:

1-2 years of experience in UX design, preferably in a commercial software environment (exceptions considered for strong growth potential)

Proficiency in UX research methods and tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, or equivalent

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or equivalent practical experience

Ability to work remotely or from a company office

Desired but not required: experience in the insurance industry, familiarity with AI or machine learning technologies, and adaptability to new tools and techniques

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
