Role Description


This is a full-time remote role for a Creative Strategist/Content Specialist with significant TikTok Shop experience who knows what makes content convert, and can lead creators toward scalable revenue growth.


This isn’t just another “social media role.” This is a performance-focused creative leadership position where your work will directly tie to measurable sales. If you’re looking to be on the frontlines of social commerce, this role is for you.


What You'll Do


Creator Strategy & Management

  • Manage creative strategy for up to 8 brands
  • Develop strategy through market & platform research
  • Translate sales goals and content strategy into clear creator coaching: hooks, angles, formats, and posting cadence.
  • Ensure creators post consistently, on-brand, and optimized for TikTok Shop sales.

Content Optimization & Analysis

  • Track creator performance data weekly (views, CTR, conversion, revenue).
  • Identify winning content frameworks and replicate them across your roster.
  • Spot trends early, adapt them to clients, and build systems to scale.

Revenue Growth & Process Execution

  • Drive measurable sales impact from creator content.
  • Build and maintain playbooks for TikTok Shop performance content.
  • Collaborate with internal team and Project Managers to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.


What You'll Need


Must Have Experience

  • 1+ year hands on experience in TikTok Shop content strategy/creation, either as an affiliate, at an agency, or for a brand
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue through TikTok content.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok-native formats, hooks, and trends.
  • Experience building and managing creator relationships at scale.


Nice To Have Experience

  • Agency experience as a creative strategist managing multiple client accounts with proven creative performance results
  • Run UGC and creator programs that drive real creative performance results


How Success Is Defined In This Role


  • Fully own creative strategy and creator coaching across up 6-8 client accounts
  • Deliver measurable results: sourced creators align with goals, content drives considerable uplift in sales
  • Become a key driver of client success and retention.


Incentives


  • Base Compensation + commission on revenue directly driven by creators under management.
  • Quarterly performance bonuses tied to clear KPIs (creator posting compliance, average revenue per creator, adoption of new winning frameworks, and portfolio growth).
