RYZ is looking for a Text Labeling to support one of our client’s projects focused on text moderation and AI data labeling. This is a short-term engagement with the potential to extend based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate text-based content to ensure compliance with policy guidelines.
- Accurately apply complex trust & safety rules to diverse content scenarios.
- Perform data labeling and annotation tasks to support the development of AI/ML models.
- Maintain high levels of quality and consistency across repetitive tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding ambiguous cases or guideline clarifications.
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets while adhering to deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in trust & safety, content moderation, or AI data labeling.
- Strong command of English, with excellent reading comprehension and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to apply complex policies accurately and consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on repetitive tasks.
