About the Role

Worx-AI is seeking a Technical Project Manager & Requirements Analyst to help lead the delivery of complex technical initiatives. This role requires a balance of strong project management skills, business analysis expertise, and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

As a key member of our team, you’ll ensure projects run smoothly from planning through execution, while translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements that drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution for technical initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into actionable tasks for engineering and product teams.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular updates and reports to leadership and clients.
• Act as a main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or business/requirements analysis.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other project management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in consulting or client-facing project delivery.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
