Technical Product Manager, Mindera, GB

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our crew and lead product development for our client's technology program. This role is crucial for driving the strategy and execution of new features and improvements to support the company's goals. We are looking for someone who has strong initiative and self-motivation to add value, while being comfortable working with ambiguity and leading a team to build world-class products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own, define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
• Oversee detailed product specifications, backlogs and delivery of features that enable us to maximise-value 
• Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure successful and timely product launches.
• Build core features that monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster a culture of innovation and customer-centricity within the product team.
