Technical Product Manager, FusionHit, CR

Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You will play a critical role in defining and delivering scalable technology solutions by partnering with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical knowledge and a strong understanding of financial services products.

Our client operates in the financial technology sector, delivering innovative digital solutions that enhance financial operations and customer experiences. This project involves leading the product lifecycle from conception to launch for mission-critical platforms supporting financial transactions and data management.

Location: Must reside and have work authorization in Latin America.
Availability: Must be available to work with significant overlap with Mountain Standard Time (MST).

The Ideal Candidate Has:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a strong technical background.
  • Proven experience delivering digital products in the financial services industry is highly preferred.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with API design, cloud infrastructure, or system architecture is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English (C1 preferred, strong B2 may be considered).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for technical initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and iteration.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value and technical feasibility.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring products meet user needs and compliance standards.
  • Monitor industry trends, particularly within financial services, to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
