Job Description

Technical Product Manager – AI & Data Applications

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Austin Preferred)

About Us

Brij is a venture-backed, high-growth software startup based in NYC. Our AI-powered platform helps omnichannel consumer brands gain valuable data to "bridge" online and offline audiences and drive revenue across every touchpoint. Our tools—including warranty registration, sweepstakes, and rebates—empower brands to connect with their consumers wherever they shop.

We’re trusted by some of the best brands in the world—Heineken, Feastables, Momofuku, Health-Ade, Skullcandy, and Gozney. We’re a lean, diverse, and ambitious team with a bias toward action and extreme ownership. Customer obsession drives everything we do, and we’re building the future of omnichannel commerce.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager – AI & Data Applications who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and shipping scalable, intuitive solutions.

In this role, you’ll own the sprint and roadmap systems that power Brij’s AI and data-driven products, leading the full lifecycle from feature request triage to GA release.

You’ll work across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to translate business goals into technical solutions—driving everything from AI-powered data infrastructure to customer-facing experiences. This role is perfect for someone with a strong engineering background, deep product sense, and passion for building at the intersection of AI, data, and commerce.

What You’ll Do

Roadmap & Sprint Management

  • Manage end-to-end sprint and roadmap systems/software, ensuring alignment to company goals
  • Lead feature request triage and feedback to prioritize high-impact work
  • Drive sprint planning and grooming, write detailed sprint tickets, and coordinate developer communication for feedback, testing, and redesigns

Product Design & Validation

  • For accepted features, lead research and translate requirements into PRDs and final designs
  • Oversee design testing and validation with internal business stakeholders and external brand partners to ensure usability and impact

Delivery & Release

  • Partner with engineering on architecture, performance, and infrastructure decisions supporting AI and data initiatives
  • Manage GA release planning, create user guides and onboarding flows in Pendo, and support smooth rollouts
  • Maintain and continuously improve internal knowledge center documentation (setup guides, system diagrams, Loom walkthroughs, Notion pages)

Metrics & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and monitor product metrics and KPIs—from AI model performance to data accuracy and platform reliability
  • Build frameworks for experimentation, user feedback, and iterative improvement
  • Conduct user walkthroughs and onboarding sessions in Pendo to drive adoption and collect actionable insights

AI & Data Product Leadership

  • Own and evolve the technical product strategy for AI and data applications, turning large datasets into actionable customer insights
  • Identify and scope new opportunities for machine learning, intelligent automation, and data-driven customer experiences

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or platform-based businesses
  • Strong technical foundation—CS/engineering degree or hands-on software engineering experience preferred
  • Deep understanding of APIs, data pipelines, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure
  • Experience building or integrating AI- and data-centric products; familiarity with machine learning and analytics platforms is a strong plus
  • Skilled at agile product management, sprint planning, and tools like JIRA, Linear, or Asana
  • Exceptional communicator able to bridge technical and business teams and bring clarity to complex projects
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a bias toward action, iteration, and user-centric problem solving

Why Join Us

  • Impact: Build and scale the AI and data backbone of a fast-growing SaaS platform used by top global brands
  • Growth: Work directly with Brij’s founders, engineers, and product leaders on cutting-edge AI/data initiatives
  • Flexibility: Remote-friendly with Austin or NYC hybrid options
  • Culture: High-ownership, low-ego, customer-obsessed team with a passion for innovation

$120-160K + equity + benefits annually, depending on experience, location, and market dynamics. At Brij, we’re committed to transparency and fairness in our compensation practices. The range listed reflects the expected base salary for this role. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as your experience, skill set, and where you live. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, including performance incentives, equity, or benefits as applicable.
