Technical Lead - Java (Spring Boot) & JavaScript, Interactivated Solutions Europe, NL

We’re looking for a Technical Lead to join Interactivated Solutions and lead an exciting healthcare project for one of our US clients. Tasks

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-quality software solutions for a healthcare project with a US-based client.
• Oversee and guide the implementation of robust backend services using Java Spring Boot.
• Provide technical direction for frontend development with JavaScript, ensuring functionality and usability.
• Coordinate and mentor cross-functional teams—including developers, designers, QA, and project managers—to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Lead code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Enforce best practices and clean code principles to maintain quality, performance, and scalability.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, troubleshoot, and optimize existing systems.
• Drive continuous improvement by introducing new tools, practices, and processes to enhance team efficiency and product quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with at least 2 years in a Tech Lead or senior role
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot for backend development and architecture
• Solid hands-on experience with JavaScript for frontend development
• Good knowledge of REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and Git
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and delivering high-quality projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical direction
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced)

• Experience with modern AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Windsurf, Jules, Codex, Copilot, CodeWhisperer) is a strong plus
