The Technical Project Manager will be a vital contributor to our team, playing a central role in the technical planning and implementation process. This position reports directly to the esteemed Technical Director, promoting smooth communication and collaboration on a variety of initiatives. The Technical Project Manager will oversee the efficient management and optimization of resources dedicated to the successful execution of our Fiber to the Home (FTTH) projects, which are essential for our corporate clients. This role is not just about ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget; it also places a strong emphasis on building robust relationships with our clients to understand and meet their needs, ultimately enhancing overall satisfaction and success.

  • Formulate and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets to guarantee the successful delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the fulfillment of project requirements and the timely completion of deliverables.
  • Recognize and address project risks and issues, and devise contingency plans as necessary.
  • Relay project status, progress, and issues to the Technical Director.
  • Ensure that project documentation is thorough, precise, and current.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Facilitate internal project meetings, including kick-off, status updates, and review sessions.
  • Ascertain that project deliverables comply with quality standards and meet customer expectations.
  • Oversee project change requests and scope adjustments, ensuring that appropriate approvals are secured.
  • Continuously enhance project management processes and methodologies to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide oversight and management of work backlogs, prioritization processes, and work scheduling and monitoring.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal team members.
