Role Description
The Team Manager will be responsible for completion of day-to-day activity as per standards and ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties. Candidate/Applicants would need to ensure adherence to all cut-off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLAs. Candidate/Applicants would need to monitor volume inflow and assist in sufficient resource and task allocation in a justifiable manner. Candidate/Applicants would need to ensure that all queries/first level escalations related to routine activities are responded to within the specified time frame.

Your key responsibilities
- Day to day management of Process Service Delivery and monitoring and controlling workflows.
- Identifying Operational risks proactively and mitigating appropriately.
- Regular review of procedures.
- Ensure adequate back-ups created for all critical positions and assist other teams during contingencies (staff shortage, high volumes etc.).
- Ensure all audit points are closed within the expected time limit.
- Analyze the process and encourage for continuous innovation to reduce cycle time, minimize risk and maximize productivity.
- Conducting regular 1-2-1s with staff and detect issues early on.
- Communicate all reconciliation breaks, issues, exceptions as per agreed timeline to Management.
- Have fundamental knowledge of Reconciliation process and understand various (ledger and statement) feeds to resolve process issues.
- Monitoring to ensure timely delivery of client valuation reports – Monthly/Quarterly/Semi-annually/Annually.
- Daily monitoring of incoming FX Trades, Lien Release, Account opening, Miscellaneous wires requests and processing them within cut off time.
- Onboarding the client assets from counterparties for incoming WM clients in a timely manner while working with front office, custodian and counterparties.
- Terminating the client accounts upon request from FO and ensuring that cash and securities are transferred within expected time and accurately.
- Pricing of alternative investment products for private bank and brokerage clients.
- New client investments in alternatives which will include private equity and Hedge funds closing , capital call and distribution.
- Knowledge of AML and ABR procedure and roles.
- Knowledge of various Regulations like REG E, D, Volker is required.

Your skills and experience
Skills:
- Needs to be a self-starter with significant ability to undertake initiatives. Strong interpersonal / good negotiations skills are required, leadership skills will be essential for this role. Follow through skills, Effective communication skills, fluency in Microsoft Office skills, ability to confidently handle internal clients, futuristic and innovative approach will be expected. Ability and willingness to work in night shift is a must.
- Sound understanding of Accounting and bookkeeping.
- Extremely organized with attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team environment.
Experience:
- Training and coaching the team to achieve the highest standards of performance.
- Escalate all issues in time to the appropriate level to avoid any adverse impact on the business.
- Assisting the team in decision making and taking complete ownership of the situation.
- To get involved in Six Sigma projects driven by the management team.
- Graduates/post graduates with good academic records.
