What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions, from requisition to offer.
  • Partner with executives, department leaders, and hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and create proactive talent pipelines.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates through job boards, networking, social media, employee referrals, and community partnerships.
  • Manage the employer brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across job postings, career pages, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Oversee applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.
  • Manage recruitment vendors and systems.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, industry groups, and external recruiting partners.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and provide regular reporting to leadership.
  • Manage, mentor, and support recruiting team members (if applicable).
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience that reflects organizational values and culture.
  • Support onboarding efforts to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
  • Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing techniques, and recruiting metrics.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Experience recruiting in healthcare, preferably the ABA industry. (preferred)
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or related certification. (preferred)
  • Proven success in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. (preferred)

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $80,000-100,000 annually, compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
