What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for management-level and specialized positions.
• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and design recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
• Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and branding initiatives.
• Drive employer branding efforts and represent the organization at recruiting events and career fairs.
• Use recruiting metrics and analytics to monitor effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage external recruitment partners, agencies, and vendor relationships.
• Mentor and guide recruitment team members to support their growth and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting across management and niche roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and best practices.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
