Systems Engineer Agile Development Project, Northstrat, CO, US

Northstrat is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer to join our Agile development team. The Systems Engineer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and integration a new product that meets customer and technical requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration and operation of complex systems in a fast-paced Agile environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• System Design: Develop and document system architecture, components, and interfaces to meet project requirements. 

• System Interfaces: Become an expert in the system’s interfaces and identify key integration points 

• Collaboration: Work closely with the agile product manager and software developers to ensure system designs align with customer and technical objectives. 

• Agile Development: Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as iteration planning, iteration demos, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to contribute to team goals and objectives. 

• Integration & Testing: Support the integration system services with external systems 

• Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve system issues with comprehensive testing 

• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date system documentation in confluence, including interface definitions, system diagrams, and mission use cases 

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving system efficiency and scalability through innovative approaches and tools.
