Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager in our newest location scheduled to open in Panama City, FL. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include staff management and training, purchasing and inventory management, excellent customer service, and the implementation of market strategies to secure future business. The Store Manager will also communicate effectively with both customers and team members to maintain a productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in Store Management and Loss Prevention
• Strong Communication skills
• Leadership and team management experience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of building materials and construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
