The Growth Team at Lyft focuses on efficiently acquiring and resurrecting riders and drivers to grow the business and balance the marketplace. We handle critical infrastructure to execute, manage, and optimize growth campaigns for the entire company and move quickly to test and develop new products.
We're looking for a backend Staff Software Engineer to shape and drive the team's technical roadmap and champion investments that improve engineering and operational quality. In this role you will also represent the engineering team with stakeholders and across engineering teams to influence decision-making and strategic direction.

The expected base pay range for this position in the New York City area is $176,000-$220,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
