North America Amazon Private Brands' (NA APB) team is seeking an experienced, results-driven leader to join as Senior Manager of Supply Chain and Operations. This critical role will shape the future of the APB business (across Hardlines, Softlines and Consumables businesses) by defining and executing supply chain strategies across sales forecasts, product ordering, inventory flow, transportation, and the health of our storage and fulfillment network.

The ideal candidate will drive our vision to deliver best-in-class availability and speed to our customers, making APB the intuitive choice for the purchase of everyday essentials and Private Brands products. This high-impact role offers an opportunity to influence a high-visibility, rapidly evolving business that aims to achieve significant growth through improved selection breadth, competitive pricing, and supply chain excellence. Successful candidates are leaders who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of innovating and delivering results. You should have strong customer obsession with the ability to dive deep, have strong data/analytical skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams. You should have a proven track record of managing large teams to deliver results at scale, hiring and developing talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of supply chain and operations professionals, driving excellence in demand planning, inventory management, and operational initiatives
  • Create and execute strategies to optimize inventory health metrics, including in-stock rates and operational inventory holdings
  • Design and implement sustainable supply chain processes in partnership with cross-functional teams, balancing cost, speed, and reliability
  • Drive continuous improvement in our operational capabilities through data-driven analysis and innovative solutions
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders both within and outside the APB organization.
  • Partner with product development teams to ensure supply chain capabilities support selection expansion goals
  • Identify and execute cost optimization opportunities across the supply chain network
  • Champion process improvements that enhance both operational efficiency and customer

Basic Qualifications

  • 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • 6+ years of team management experience
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience owning technology products

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $160,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $265,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
