About The Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Helpdesk Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is integral to supporting our client's IT infrastructure by providing advanced technical support for end-user hardware, software, and network systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling complex IT tickets, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless operation of various computing devices and applications. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in IT support to contribute to a growing organization that is experiencing significant expansion. The role requires working onsite in Dothan, AL, with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates outside the area.
Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Service Desk or Helpdesk Analyst role

Proficiency with enterprise workstation technologies, including desktops and laptops

Hands-on experience with MS Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Outlook

Knowledge of antivirus and endpoint security software

Experience troubleshooting and supporting Citrix and cloud applications

Familiarity with mobile device management using Microsoft InTune

Ability to support remote access technologies such as VPN and Azure Virtual Desktop

Experience with Windows imaging, device onboarding, and performing hardware/software changes

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Relevant certifications or degrees preferred, or equivalent practical experience

Must be a U.S. citizen or hold a U.S. Green Card

Willingness to work onsite in Dothan, AL
Responsibilities
-
Provide advanced support for IT tickets routed from the ITSM system, resolving issues related to hardware, software, network, and systems

Monitor, manage, and update incidents and service requests to ensure timely resolution

Analyze complex technical problems and take appropriate action, escalating issues when necessary

Pre-stage, image, and install Windows desktops and laptops, including related hardware and software components

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on end-user devices, peripherals, and applications

Support end-user peripherals such as monitors, printers, VOIP phones, and other productivity tools

Assist with user provisioning, video conference setup, and other IT service requests

Create, review, and update support documentation to adhere to standard operating procedures

Coordinate with vendors for hardware servicing and support

Escalate complex technical issues following established protocols to ensure prompt resolution

Maintain a high level of customer service, providing expert guidance and support to end-users
