The Opportunity

QVC is looking for a Senior UX Designer to help shape the future of digital shopping across web, mobile, and OTT platforms. In this influential role, you'll design seamless, engaging customer experiences that bring together video, commerce, and community for millions of shoppers. You will collaborate across product, engineering, research, and business teams to deliver the best design solutions that promote our digital ecosystem. You'll report to the Senior Manager, UX Research & Design

This is a hybrid role based in West Chester, PA.

  • You'll partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and partners to bring clarity to complex problems and provide user-centered solutions that balance customer needs with our goals.

Your Impact

  • Design end-to-end user experiences across web, mobile apps, and OTT platforms, from product discovery through checkout
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring clarity to design concepts and guide development
  • Shape video-driven shopping experiences that integrate content and commerce, supporting livestreams, shoppable video, and OTT engagement
  • Translate our goals and customer needs into interaction flows, screen designs, and scalable design patterns across platforms
  • Leverage advanced Figma skillset to prototype, explore motion/interaction details, and contribute to our design system.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Tech Leads to define requirements, validate feasibility, and deliver on feature details
  • Partner with the User Research team to apply insights into personas, journey maps, and design improvements
  • Guide other designers by setting vision, aligning standards, and driving execution on important projects

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–7+ years of UX/Product Design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise across web and mobile applications
  • Proficiency in Figma, including advanced prototyping and design system contributions
  • Experience designing in Agile environments, with familiarity using Jira and sprint-based workflows
  • Experience collaborating with research teams and translate insights into relevant design decisions
  • Experience leading design projects and mentoring other designers
  • Retail, e-commerce, or video-based experience; OTT design experience is a plus
