The Senior Director of Revenue Technology and Data is a strategic leader responsible for enabling scalable, data-driven commercial operations across the post-acute continuum. This role leads the strategy, integration, and optimization of sales data infrastructure across CRM, EMR, and market intelligence platforms, partnering closely with IT and Business Intelligence leadership. The Senior Director oversees commercial analytics, data governance, and technology enablement to drive growth, sales productivity, and operational efficiency. This role partners cross-functionally to ensure data and technology investments deliver measurable business impact and support commercial decision-making at all levels.

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred.

10+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, or revenue operations, with 5+ years in leadership roles.

Proven success in leading enterprise data and technology programs that drive commercial outcomes.

Expertise in SQL, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), CRM systems, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong understanding of sales operations, market analytics, and financial modeling.

Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for revenue data platforms, analytics, and technology solutions.

Lead the integration of CRM, EMR, and market intelligence platforms to support scalable commercial operations.

Establish aligned enterprise-wide data sales governance standards, including KPI definitions, business glossaries, and stewardship protocols.

Lead analytics for market trends, referral patterns, competitive positioning, and sales performance.
