About the Role:
Workflows in HighLevel are at the core of our automation platform, powering critical user journeys like lead follow-ups, client onboarding, appointment scheduling, and more. They integrate deeply with multiple modules like Contacts, Calendars, Email, SMS, Calls, Triggers, Webhooks, and external APIs. This makes them highly complex and dynamic.
As an SDET for Workflows, you’ll be validating these end-to-end flows, ensuring reliability at scale, and working closely with both backend and UI components. This is a high-impact role with deep testing challenges and tight collaboration across cross-functional teams.
