Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to manage multiple client accounts and execute social strategies end-to-end.

You’ll be responsible for content calendars, repurposing long-form content into short-form video, engagement management, A/B testing, and performance reporting.

You’ll work closely with our Creative Director, editors, and project managers to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

Your success will be measured by client growth (followers, engagement, conversions) and your ability to turn satisfied clients into long-term advocates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 3–5 client accounts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form video optimized per platform
  • Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs that drive conversions
  • Track analytics and provide weekly reports with insights
  • Run A/B tests (hooks, thumbnails, posting cadence)
  • Engage with followers and online communities authentically
  • Collaborate with team leads to refine messaging, brand voice, and growth strategies

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of social media management experience (agency preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube growth systems
  • Skilled in tools such as Sprout Social, Metricool, ManyChat, and AI-powered analytics/scheduling
  • Excellent copywriting skills (hooks, captions, storytelling)
  • Analytical mindset; confident interpreting metrics
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and proactive
