Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager based in Gurugram, with some work from home flexibility. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media channels, creating and curating content, optimizing social media performance, and engaging with the online community. The role also involves monitoring trends and analyzing social media metrics to enhance the company's online presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Proven ability to develop Content Strategies that align with business goals
• Excellent ability to monitor trends, analyze social media metrics, and generate insights
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Experience in customer engagement and fostering online communities is a plus
