We’re a small, women-founded team based in Charleston, and we’re looking for a creative Social Media Manager + Content Creator to help us take our social presence to the next level.

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mount Pleasant, SC. As our Social Media Manager + Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, optimizing posts, and managing community engagement across Instagram and TikTok.

But this isn’t just about keeping the feed full — this is about owning and growing the voice of Polish Pops online .

Here’s what you’ll be doing day-to-day:

• Own and grow our Instagram and TikTok presence
• Create high-quality, on-brand content (photos, Reels, Stories)
• Plan and schedule posts that stop the scroll
• Film engaging Reels with smooth, creative transitions
• Engage with our community in DMs and comments
• Track performance and use data to continuously improve results

This role is equal parts strategy and execution — you’ll be planning content calendars, analyzing results, and keeping Polish Pops at the front of trends. What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in social media management and content creation (preferably for a consumer or lifestyle brand)
• Strong photography/videography skills with a knack for editing and smooth transitions
• Comfortable on camera for tutorials, GRWMs, and behind-the-scenes content
• Knowledge of Instagram & TikTok algorithms, trends, and best practices
• Experience in social media marketing and optimization (SMO) with the ability to develop and execute an effective content strategy
• Strong communication and writing skills — you can write captions that sound natural and engaging
• Excellent organizational and time management skills — you can plan ahead and manage a content calendar
• Collaborative mindset — you enjoy brainstorming and working with a small, fast-paced team
• Experience with graphic design or multimedia content creation is a plus
