We are looking for a friendly and reliable Shuttle Driver to safely transport guests to and from designated locations while providing excellent customer service. This role includes maintaining a clean vehicle, assisting guests with luggage, and ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs. The ideal candidate has a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a warm, service-oriented attitude.
Monday-Sunday, shifts between 7am-3am or 3pm-11pm.
Constantly. Inform guests about all hotel facilities, their locations and hours of operation.
Constantly. Maintain work areas neat and organized.
Constantly. Report all unsafe conditions immediately.
Constantly. Transport guests to and from airport and local attractions.
Frequently. Perform daily safety checks on all hotel vehicles.
Frequently. Provide information on local attractions and give directions
Frequently. Provide valet parking service.
Occasionally. Attend all mandatory meetings.
Occasionally. Take guest and their luggage to and from their rooms.
Occasionally. Take guests to and from rooms.
Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:
Less than three “Type A” moving violations in the five (5) previous years. No DUI convictions.
Must have current driver’s license.
Read, write and speak English fluently.
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
Familiar with local area and attractions.
Experience in operating a twelve-passenger van or stretch limousine preferred.
60 days Guest Services/Bell experience preferred.
Valid CDL license where applicable.
