Job Summary
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence and community impact? As the Senior ROC Manager, you’ll oversee the heartbeat of our retail operations managing the Retail Operations Center, Outlet Store, and Store Backroom Operations. From donation flow to inventory control, recycling innovation to transportation logistics, you’ll lead a dynamic team and drive efficiency, sustainability, and growth across our organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and inspire teams across warehouse, transportation, and outlet operations to ensure safe, efficient, and mission-aligned performance.

Recruit, train, and develop high-performing staff while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Drive revenue by optimizing salvage sales and managing vendor relationships.

Monitor and enhance donation center operations to ensure top-tier customer service and productivity.

Champion process improvement using Kaizen and other lean methodologies.

Oversee inventory flow and warehouse space utilization to support retail store needs.

Leverage technology to track, analyze, and optimize warehouse and backroom operations.

Collaborate with store managers to streamline backroom processes and staffing.

Manage recycling programs and contracts, ensuring compliance and innovation in sustainability efforts.

Partner with marketing and community teams to grow donation volume and quality.

Ensure compliance with OSHA, CARF, and internal safety standards.

Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance of warehouse equipment and fleet vehicles.

Support outlet operations and sustainability initiatives to reduce waste and improve energy efficiency.

Education And/Or Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred

Five (5) years’ experience in warehouse or production operations required

Five (5) or more years of supervisory experience required
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

First Aid/CPR Certification

Forklift Certification
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Must have knowledge of CDL and DOT requirements

Must demonstrate self-initiative, manage multiple tasks, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines
