We are looking for a Senior Manager, Tax Strategy & Operations to join our growing tax team. This highly visible role will partner closely with our Tax Director and Finance leadership to drive global tax strategy, manage complex cross-functional projects, and enhance operational efficiency as we scale and prepare for future growth initiatives.

This is a remote U.S. role, with a preference for candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone.

What you will do: 

• Partner with the Tax Director on tax strategy initiatives, including M&A, corporate restructuring, and global entity planning.
• Manage cross-functional tax projects, collaborating with Finance, Legal, People, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Lead tax forecasting and modeling, partnering with FP&A to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee tax data integrity across equity, payroll, and financial systems, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
• Support transfer pricing documentation and implementation, working with external advisors and internal teams.
• Review contracts and intercompany agreements for tax implications and alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and execute process improvements and automation to scale tax operations efficiently.
