Accountabilities
As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will:

Manage and maintain configurations, workflows, permissions, and integrations for JIRA, Salesforce, NetSuite, and related applications

Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements to design and implement effective solutions, coordinating with developers for complex needs

Lead or support application-related projects, including new implementations, migrations, and integrations
-
Train and provide guidance to end users and internal teams to enhance system adoption and efficiency
-
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal uptime and user experience
-
Document system configurations, workflows, procedures, and best practices
-
Serve as a subject matter expert for supported platforms, advising on process improvements and operational best practices
Requirements
Candidates should bring:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years of relevant experience

Professional certifications preferred, including Salesforce, NetSuite, or Atlassian administration

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple complex issues

Experience managing full projects or processes independently

Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across functional areas and with external parties

Proficiency in implementing operational improvements and adhering to best practices

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work under limited supervision while delivering measurable impact

Base salary range: $90,700 - $126,000 (depending on experience and location)
