We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with strong front-end expertise and hands-on experience building applications driven by established Design Systems. The ideal candidate has worked closely with a UX team to translate comprehensive design systems into intuitive, reusable architectures that power customer-facing web applications. You will play a key role in ensuring our products maintain consistency and scalability while supporting flexibility to “skin” experiences for different partners. This role requires not only technical fluency in modern front-end frameworks, but also a deep understanding of how to bridge the gap between design and engineering to deliver polished, user-centric solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while actively participating in code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to telephony services and our core application.
  • Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from initial concept and design to deployment and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7-8 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • High proficiency in Python and experience with relevant frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
  • Proficiency with modern front-end development using Javascript frameworks like React, Next JS and others.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data synchronization.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, primarily Git.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Docusaurus, Chromatic, and Storybook
  • Experience with using Dev Mode in Figma for specs
  • Scaling a themable email system
  • Maintaining and upgrading a themable design system across products
  • Strategic development of an existing design system

Compensation: In addition to salary, Total Rewards include bonus eligibility, a stock option package, and benefits as outlined below. The role described above offers a base salary of $125,000 to $175,000 + bonus incentive eligibility. Your offer will be based on location, the alignment of your qualifications with the requirements of the job and internal equity.

Benefits:

  • Robust Health Care Plans (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Generous Parental Leave
  • Flexible Time Off (FTO) Policy - Time off when you need it.
  • Retirement Plan (401K) with company match
  • Educational Assistance/Tuition Reimbursement up to $3K/year
  • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
  • Short Term/Long Term Disability
  • Robust Ancillary benefits including accident insurance, hospital insurance etc.
