To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Digital (all genders) who will support our agile teams and enterprise clients in making digital transformation a success.

Tasks

• Take full ownership of complex digital projects (web, e-commerce, platforms, apps) – from kickoff to go-live.
• Act as a reliable sparring partner for our clients and guide them through digital transformation processes.
• Coordinate our internal product, tech, and design teams with clarity and empathy.
• Manage project scopes, budgets, roadmaps, and timing with a structured, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Take on stakeholder management and contribute to account growth.
• Support sales teams with pitches and project estimations.
• Shape new internal processes and standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in digital project management (agency, consultancy or simliar).
• Excellent communication and moderation skills in German and English.
• Profound understanding of agile methods and digital product development processes.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to break down complex requirements.
• Passion for user-centric and technology-driven solutions.
• A proactive, structured, and hands-on approach.
• Bonus: Familiarity with digital tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Notion, Figma, etc.
