Senior Project Manager, Atlas Search, US

A global investment firm is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its Technology Services group. This team delivers enterprise technology solutions across business units including finance, treasury, investor relations, and data platforms.

The Senior Project Manager will lead high-impact programs that span complex stakeholder groups, global business areas, and enterprise applications. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to drive transformation across a dynamic, growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of large-scale technology projects across applications such as Salesforce, Concur, Microsoft Dynamics, OneStream, Aladdin, Snowflake, and more
• Define project scope, objectives, governance, and success measures in collaboration with senior leadership
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives on time and within budget
• Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment with business strategy
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to drive adoption, mitigate risks, and deliver measurable outcomes
• Provide clear, timely communications across all levels of the organization

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience managing complex enterprise technology projects, ideally within financial services or asset management
• Proven success leading application and infrastructure initiatives in matrixed, global environments
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Hands-on expertise with tools such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Concur, OneStream, Snowflake, or Aladdin
• Agile and/or PMP certifications a plus; experience with M&A integrations highly valued
